What is the difference between a lead, a client, and a contact?
A lead is a sales opportunity still being managed in the sales pipeline. A client is the account for a person or company, where services, invoices, and follow-up are connected. A contact is a person linked to that account with their own communication details. One company can have several contacts without creating duplicate client accounts.
How do I create a quote for a client or a lead?
Open Quotes and start a new quote. Choose whether the recipient is a client or a lead, select the correct record, then complete the title, currency, expiration date, products or services, discounts, and applicable taxes. Review the total and save the draft. Saving a draft does not send it or mean that it has been approved.
How do I create a new invoice?
Open Billing and select “New Invoice.” Choose the client, enter the title, currency, and due date, then add products or services. If you are billing an existing service, check the linked service and billing cycle to avoid a duplicate charge. Review discounts, taxes, total, and any payment plan before saving.
How do I create an appointment and link it to a client or lead?
In Appointments, select “Add Appointment.” Choose Client or Lead, search for the record, and select the correct match. Add the contact, title, date, time, duration, and assigned team member. Add a meeting type, link or location, and notes when needed. Before saving, confirm that you selected the related client or lead record.
What is Operator, and when should I use it?
Operator helps prepare and record communications in DiMarAg Hub. It guides you through the channel, template, related record, recipient, language, message, and review. Check the recipient and message before sending; choosing a template does not automatically send through every channel.
How do I get access to my agency’s client portal?
Your agency must prepare an invitation for your email address. Open the invitation and verify that the agency, client, and email shown are correct. Follow the page instructions to create or sign in to your account and complete portal activation. Being listed as a contact does not by itself activate portal access.
Where can I find and download my invoices?
Open Invoices if that module is enabled for your portal access. Select the invoice you need and use the available invoice or PDF control. Historical documents marked “Legacy” may have a separate “View PDF” link. If the document is unavailable, contact your agency.
How do I review a quote and choose the products or services to approve?
Open Quotes and select the review action, or open the link sent by your agency. Check the expiration date, items, and amounts. Only quotes configured for item selection let you select or deselect optional items; required items stay selected. Review the recalculated total, discount, tax, deposit, and balance before continuing.
What should I do if an option is disabled or I cannot find what I need?
Check that you are signed in with the correct email and client workspace, then read the on-screen message. Available actions can depend on your permissions, the document status, and whether the feature is available. If you still need help, tell your agency which section and record you were viewing. Do not share passwords, payment card details, or complete private access links.
